Your birth time is important for an accurate BAZI reading, as even a 1-2 hour difference can change your Day Pillar. If you don't know your exact time, check your birth certificate or ask family members. You can still take the test with just your birth date, though the reading may be less precise.

Premium reports add 12 additional in-depth sections covering wealth, health, Feng Shui, and fortune timing.

After completing the test, you'll be prompted to save your results. This creates an account with your email address using a passwordless sign-in link (Magic Link). Once saved, your profile is permanently stored in your Dashboard and accessible anytime.

Yes! You can create up to 50 free profiles per account — for yourself, family members, or friends. Each profile has its own BAZI chart and can be independently upgraded to a premium report.

Premium reports provide a comprehensive 12-section life blueprint including: personality deep-dive, wealth and career analysis, relationship dynamics, health and wellness guidance, Feng Shui recommendations, fortune timing (Da Yun), and more. Reports are delivered as interactive web content accessible from your Dashboard.

Yes, within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed the full report. Once the report is viewed, the purchase is considered final. See our Refund Policy for complete details.

When you purchase as a guest, an account is automatically created with the email you provided at checkout. Check your email for a sign-in link (Magic Link) to access your Dashboard, where your profile and report will be waiting.

We use passwordless sign-in (Magic Link). Enter your email address, and we'll send you a link to click — no password needed. The link is valid for 24 hours.

Premium profiles have their birth data locked to ensure report integrity. Free profiles can be edited or deleted at any time from your Dashboard.

BAZI calculations use true solar time, not clock time. Your timezone and birth location allow us to accurately convert your birth time, which can shift your pillars. Our system automatically adjusts for historical timezone changes.

Absolutely. We encrypt all birth data using AES-256 encryption and store it on GDPR-compliant servers in the EU (hosted by Supabase). Your data is never sold to third parties or used for advertising. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Yes. Free profiles can be deleted directly from your Dashboard. To delete your entire account and all associated data, use the account deletion option in Settings. Your data will be retained for 30 days (in case you change your mind), then permanently deleted.

We only share the minimum data necessary with essential service providers: Supabase (authentication and database), Stripe (payment processing), and Resend (transactional emails). We never sell or share your data for marketing purposes.
