Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MyDayMaster, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Our Services
MyDayMaster provides BAZI (Four Pillars) chart calculations and interpretations based on:
- Your provided birth date, time, and location
- Traditional Chinese metaphysics principles
- Modern psychological insights
Accounts & Registration
You may use certain features as a guest without creating an account. When you purchase a premium report or choose to save your results, an account is created using your email address. We use passwordless authentication (Magic Link) — a sign-in link is sent to your email each time you log in. You are responsible for maintaining access to your email address and for all activity under your account.
Profiles & Data
You may create up to 10 free profiles per account. Each profile stores birth data used to calculate a BAZI chart. Free profiles can be edited or deleted at any time. Premium profiles (those with a purchased report) cannot be deleted or have their birth data modified, as the report is permanently linked to this data.
Purchases & Premium Reports
Premium reports are one-time purchases that grant lifetime access to a 12-section personalized analysis. Reports are delivered as interactive web content accessible from your dashboard — not as downloadable files. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. During guest purchases, an account is automatically created with the email address you provide at checkout. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy (14-day window, provided the report has not been accessed).
User Obligations
You agree to:
- Provide accurate birth information
- Use the service only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer or copy our algorithms
- Not share your account credentials or provide unauthorized access to premium content
- Not create multiple accounts to circumvent profile limits
Intellectual Property
All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, calculations, report templates, and software, is the property of ETHOCEPT LIMITED IRELAND and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Limitations of Liability
MyDayMaster is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on our reports. BAZI readings are interpretive by nature and should be used as one tool among many for self-understanding.
Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard Settings. Upon deletion, your account is deactivated immediately and you will no longer be able to sign in. Your data (profiles, reports, purchase history) is retained for 30 days to allow recovery if needed. After 30 days, all data is permanently and irreversibly deleted. To restore a deleted account within the 30-day window, contact our support team.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
