Refund Policy Overview

At MyDayMaster, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are available for our digital BAZI reading services.

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You experience a technical error that prevents you from accessing your report
  • Your report contains significant calculation errors (we will verify)
  • You request a refund within 14 days of purchase AND before opening any chapter of your full natal report
  • You were charged incorrectly or multiple times for the same purchase

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Email contact@ethocept.com with your order number
  • Provide a brief explanation of why you're requesting a refund
  • Include any relevant screenshots if there was a technical issue

Our support team will review your request within 2-3 business days and respond with next steps.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Premium reports that have been fully accessed/downloaded
  • Reports purchased more than 14 days ago
  • Dissatisfaction with interpretation (BAZI readings are interpretive by nature)
  • Change of mind after accessing the full report
Important: Important: opening any chapter of your full natal report counts as "accessing" the report under this policy. Once you have opened any chapter, all sales are final. We recommend reviewing our free basic reading first to ensure our service meets your expectations.

Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
