MyDayMaster ("we", "us", "our") is operated by ETHOCEPT LIMITED IRELAND, an Ireland registered company. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our website and services.
Data We Collect
To provide your BAZI reading and account services, we collect the following information:
- Name — used for profile personalization and report generation
- Birth date and time — required for BAZI chart calculation
- Birth location — used for timezone and true solar time adjustment
- Gender — (optional) used for certain traditional BAZI interpretations
- Email address — used for account creation, authentication (Magic Link login), and transactional emails
How We Use Your Data
Your birth data is used exclusively to calculate your BAZI chart and generate personalized reports. Your email address is used for passwordless authentication (Magic Link), purchase confirmations, and account-related notifications. We do not use your personal information for advertising targeting or sell it to third parties.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate MyDayMaster:
- Supabase — Authentication (passwordless Magic Link login) and database hosting. Data stored on EU servers.
- Stripe — Payment processing for premium report purchases. We never store your payment card details.
- Resend — Transactional email delivery (sign-in links, purchase confirmations).
- Google Analytics — Anonymous website usage analytics. Can be disabled via cookie settings.
- Sentry (functional.software GmbH) — Error monitoring for the frontend SPA. Receives client IP, request URL, and stack traces when an unhandled error occurs. Hosted in the EU region.
Each third-party service has its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.
Data Storage & Retention
Your data is stored on encrypted servers hosted by Supabase in the European Union, compliant with GDPR standards. All profiles (free and premium) are retained for the lifetime of your account. Upon account deletion, data is retained for 30 days to allow recovery, then permanently deleted.
Browser Storage
We use your browser's localStorage and sessionStorage to enhance your experience. This includes: authentication session tokens, your language preference, cached user state (to prevent page flicker on load), and temporary test data before you save it to your account. This data never leaves your browser and is cleared when you sign out.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Free profiles can be deleted from your Dashboard. To delete your entire account and all associated data, use the account deletion option in Settings. To request a data export, contact contact@ethocept.com.

Right to Lodge a Complaint
